Ms. Katy

PT, DPT

Pediatric Physical Therapist

Ms. Katy's lifelong dedication to working with children has been a driving force throughout her career. Combining her passion for science and the human body with her love for children, she found her calling as a pediatric physical therapist. On top of having worked as a nanny for more than half of her life, she also has adult and pediatric physical therapy experience in multiple settings including early intervention, outpatient neuro-rehabilitation, orthopedics and aquatic therapy. Her journey into pediatric physical therapy began with volunteering at Sprouts in 2018, an experience that opened her eyes to the fulfilling, impactful, and interdisciplinary nature of this career. Katy utilizes purposeful play as a powerful tool to address impairments while enhancing functional mobility and fostering developmental. Outside of physical therapy, Katy was an All-American volleyball player and has recently taken up running. Fun fact: she has been dubbed “the baby whisperer”.
