Pediatric Physical Therapist

Ms. Katie is a dedicated pediatric physical therapist committed to helping children achieve their fullest potential. She discovered her passion for rehabilitation through her involvement in sports medicine, which sparked her interest in physical therapy. Katie’s experiences span across many settings, as she works with patients of all ages, conditions, and motor abilities. She particularly enjoys working with keiki in Hawaii, both at Sprouts Therapy and in the school setting. She uses a play based therapy approach to create a fun and engaging environment for children to thrive while enhancing functional mobility and motor development. Katie believes in the power of teamwork and collaboration to best support each child.

Favorite part of being a pediatric therapist:

Katie's favorite part of being a pediatric PT is watching children make strides towards their goals. She enjoys seeing the smile on their faces when they accomplish a new skill. Being part of their growth and progress is incredibly rewarding to her.

Katie enjoys hiking, going to the beach, playing pickle ball, board games, taking her dog Cali on walks, and spending time with family and friends.
